1. Determination as to the cause of claim

B. The Plaintiff asserts that on October 20, 2010, the Plaintiff lent KRW 300,00 to the Defendant by means of remitting money to the G name account.

According to the above evidence, it is recognized that the Plaintiff transferred KRW 300,000 to G account on October 20, 2010, but there is no evidence to prove that the said remitted money was lent to the Defendant.
