Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2017, the Defendant ordered the payment of the price to the victim as if the Defendant had no intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she was provided with alcoholic beverages, etc., and ordered the payment of the price to the victim as if he/she would normally pay the price.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 260,000 won-based 2 sick and Sariju with the market value of 2.60,000 won, entertainment entertainment services with the market value of 1.20,000 won, and 20,000 won-based 40,000 won-based economic benefits from the victim.
