On June 25, 2014, around 17:15, the Defendant driven B U.S. 2 Obababa, which was not mandatory insurance without a motorcycle driver's license, at approximately 10 meters across the opposite lane, crossing the road around the Taecheon-si Do Office of the Taecheon-si, Chungcheongnam-do.
