When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2017, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for the crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (refluence of noise measurement) in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch.

On July 21, 2020, at around 22:19, the Defendant driven a vehicle ENAS G80 vehicle while under the influence of 0.113% alcohol concentration from the front of the cafeteria to the D village located in C from the D village located in Gwangju-si B.
