1. Defendant A

A. On March 2018, the Defendant posted a letter in the F Station E located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, on “G” in a smartphone-rating cambling cam, and made a male and female job offerer B engage in sexual intercourse with one hundred thousand won, where the name of this letter reported and contacted cannot be known.

B. On March 2018, the Defendant posted a letter in G, “Manaium portion present,” and made a promise to engage in sexual intercourse with a man who reported this paper and whose name is unknown, and then had B receive KRW 100,000 from that man to engage in sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic more than twice in total.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant: (a) received KRW 100,00 from a male who could not know his/her names through the arrangement of A, at the same time, at the same place as paragraph (1) A; and (b) received 100,000 won from a male who could not know his/her names.

B. The Defendant received KRW 100,00 from a male who could not know the full names through A’s good offices as set forth in Section 2-b, at the same time, at a place as set forth in paragraph 2-b, and had sexual intercourse.

On March 3, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 from Mand M through the “L”, which is a smartphone-rating application, and had sexual intercourse performed at the Kel located in the jurisdiction of the Do Government-Si of the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic more than three times in total.

Defendant B, around July 8, 2018, around 14:30 on July 8, 2018, “O” in Seo-gu, Gwangju, through “G” 505, performed sexual intercourse with P and a single-time sexual intercourse with “G” and received 100,000 won as the price.
