A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 years on October 1, 2010 to imprisonment with prison labor for alteration of official documents at the Busan District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 1 of the same year.

At the time of December 2009, the Defendant did not have received any delegation from the executives and employees of the E company, such as F, the representative director of the E company, in relation to the new construction of the H Hospital G in Chungcheongnam-gun, and did not have served as the managing director of the E company, the Defendant arbitrarily dismissed the seals of the list of the E company and the seals of the representative director of the E company, and carried them into the managing director of the E company.

Around December 2, 2009, the Defendant: (a) prepared a “temporary re-lease agreement” with the effect that “Ashe shall lease the temporary materials to be used at the construction site from December 2, 2009 by the J (State) K’s actual operator at the H Hospital Construction Site located in Chungcheongnam-gu G; (b) the Defendant signed the name signs of the E Company, “M, E Co., Ltd. N, Jeonnam-do N, Jeonnam-do, Construction Civil and Building Construction Co., Ltd.,” which was held in advance by the representative director of the E Company; and (c) signed the seal of the E Company in the name of the representative director of the E Company he was aware of in advance at the name of the above N, and issued them to the said J.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the private person in the name of the representative director of the E-stock company and exercised it.
