Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of B(25 tons) that is a construction machine.

No person shall pass or enter any motorway by means other than the use of any motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, at around 11:30 on June 8, 2014, the Defendant passed through the 3 kilometers above the 3-lanes from the front road of the Changwon-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the exclusive road for motor vehicles, to the front road of the Changwon-dong, Kimhae-si.
