[Criminal Power] On September 14, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Cheongju Detention House on January 5, 201.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a C-A-Wurt Motor Vehicle.

1. On May 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven the said vehicle at a speed that is difficult to drive normally due to influence of drinking at around 23:10, while driving the said vehicle, and driving the two-lane road in front of the modern apartment that is in the opening of the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Cheongju-si at a speed that makes it impossible to identify the opposite direction along the same as the opposite direction.

At the same time, the Defendant was followed by the EMW car driven by the victim D (n, 41 years old) in the same direction. As such, the Defendant had a duty of care to make sure that the person engaged in driving service was well aware of the situation, to ensure safety distance, to accurately manipulate the steering and operation devices, and to prevent the accident from spreading.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of being negligent in driving while driving, the Defendant shocked the back end part of the said BMW car, which was driven by the Defendant from one lane to one signal atmosphere, with the front part of the said AMW car operated by the Defendant, and continued to shock the back part of the said BMW car driven by the victim F (45 years old) prior to the shocking part of the said BMW car.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, injured the victim D with light dume, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and boarded into the victim H(the age of 12) who boarded the said BMW car operated by the victim D, requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment, injured the victim F by light cump and cump base for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, and boarded the victim F with the said stalst car operated by the victim F.
