1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 23,916,623 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 23, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The fact that the Plaintiff supplied goods of KRW 751,422,047 in total to the Defendant from June 2013 to April 2016 is either a dispute between the parties, or that the Plaintiff received KRW 727,505,424 in total from the Defendant’s payment of the price of the above goods, based on the overall purport of the pleadings.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the remaining price of KRW 23,916,623 (i.e., KRW 751,42,047 - KRW 727,505,424) and damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 23, 2016 to the date of full payment, as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
