A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 26, 2015, the Defendant in occupational breach of trust: (a) managed five employees of the call center as the head of Kwikset Co., Ltd. F (hereinafter “victim”)’s call center’s call service in the name of “C”, “D”, “E”, etc. from February 26, 2015; and (b) left the call center around July 2016, the Defendant was in charge of collecting, analyzing, and managing customer information regarding the customer’s name, telephone number, order details, ordering amount, delivery amount, place of delivery, etc.

In order to prevent the divulgence of customer information, the victim company has prevented the disclosure of customer information to employees such as the defendant, etc., and the company transferred the account that can access the customer information database to the customer information database to a general account that can only allow access to customer information and the perusal of customer information and the general account that only allows access to the customer information. As such, the defendant used customer information, which is the business secrets of the victim company, only within the scope of customer counseling as the principal agent of the call center and the supervision of the staff of the call center, and without permission, there was a job duty that should not be leaked out of the victim company.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 22:04 on June 28, 2016, connected to the “I” general account, which is a customer information database program given to the Defendant, at the office of “H” located on the Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City G and the 8th floor, and connected to the “I” general account, and on April 1, 2015.

4. Between 30.30. up to one month, the victim company’s customer order receipt details are stored by capturing up the screen, and the following (dum) cameras are sent to the (J) e-mail by attaching the image file of customer order receipt details stored as above through the function with the title “4 months”, and from that time, the victim company received the order by the victim company from April 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016 in total 25 times from July 11, 2016 in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form.
