A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with his accomplice B ( sentenced to two years of imprisonment on November 2, 2017), and C ( sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment on November 2, 2017) (hereinafter referred to as “gambing site”), took charge of the Defendant’s overall control over the Korean victims operating the illegal sports entertainment site in Thailand (hereinafter referred to as “gambing site”), and received money and valuables under the pretext of the instant accident. The Defendant took charge of the Defendant’s overall control over the crimes in the vehicles parked near the place where the crime was committed after preparation of the large passbook to be used for the crime, and then, the Defendant took charge of the Defendant’s overall control over the crimes in the vehicles parked in the vicinity of the place where the crime was committed. B, C, along with the local police of the Thailand where the Defendant was involved, took care of the passport of the gambling site, check the computer, check the site, and check the scene, and did so.

1. On August 2016, 2016, Defendant B, and C, along with three local police officers in Thailand where the Defendant was involved in the accident at the third floor of an office in Thai City where the victim’s gambling site was operated through his/her return to Korea on August 2016, 2016, and three local police officers in Thailand B and in Thailand entered the above office, and three persons in Thailand entered the office, namely, “the victim’s passport was cut off, taken the scene pictures, asked questions about the operation of the gambling site, etc.” The Defendant was transferred to the police station so that he/she could not move back to Korea if he/she did not pay the expense of this case, by creating a situation such as the occurrence of a son, etc., and the Defendant was transferred to 300 won in advance through his/her personal passbook.

Accordingly, the defendant attacked the victim jointly with three local police officers in Thailand B, C, and B.
