Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 8, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on September 8, 2008, and a fine of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on January 27, 2011, respectively.

On November 20, 2016, under the influence of alcohol content 0.082% in blood around 09:40 on November 20, 2016, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo Vehicles from the front of his house located in the Busan Seo-gu B to the front of the Poter located in the Jacheon-gu, Yacheon-dong.
