Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On February 8, 2013, around 00:23, the Defendant showed the same attitude that the victim G in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon should pay the fare normally, and used a computer installed therein.

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the above charges because there is no means such as cash, etc. to pay the charges.
