A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

The prosecution against the violence shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On May 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and was released on September 30, 2014 during the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on September 30, 2014 and the parole period expired on October 20 of the same year.

1. Property damage (2017 Height 2403) around 13:30 on August 22, 2017, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property in order to display the Defendant’s funeral funeral account books at around F2, Guro-gu Seoul, Seoul, on the ground that the Defendant’s father’s request to display the above church pastor’s funeral account books does not comply with the Defendant’s request, thereby damaging the Defendant’s property by laying off the entrance knife and glass door owned by the victim H, who is the owner of the building, and destroying the knife of the above church’s entrance knife and door door with approximately KRW 1.50,00 at the repair cost.
