A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On November 1, 2013, around 20:55, the Defendant damaged goods for public use: (a) on the ground that he was sent to the said police box before the said police box, and (b) was not subject to telephone call, the Defendant collected three beer servicemen inside the said police box on the ground that he was not sent to the said police box; and (c) took off the entrance door of the said police box to the extent of KRW 1,650,000, the repair cost of which was KRW 1,650,000, thereby damaging goods used by public offices.

3. 4.
