Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 8, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor in Seoul High Court for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Economic Crimes (Embezzlement) and confirmed on January 26, 2013.

The defendant is a person who operates the State Section B from around 1996 to August 2010.

The Defendant: (a) submitted specifications and drawings to supply the second floor beer unit price (product unit price) with a connecting brokeet (parts that make it possible to separate the second floor beer from each other) at the time of purchasing procurement commodities to the Public Procurement Service and the separate type 2 floor beer unit price (hereinafter referred to as “second floor beer unit price”) using it; (b) registered product unit price, including the block unit price, to the website, and (c) supplied the second floor beer unit price, different from the specifications and drawings stipulated in the contract, to each end-user who purchased the second floor beer and supplied the second floor beer unit price to each end-user while not being equipped with a connecting brokeet from each end-user.

On September 13, 2007, from around July 25, 2010 to around July 25, 2010, the Defendant entered into a contract with the Public Procurement Service for the procurement commodities, and registered the product specifications, drawings, product unit prices, etc. of the second floor bedrooms with connected diskettes in the “Broter comprehensive shopping product site” as above.

On July 2009, the Defendant manufactured 45 unit of 45 unit of Consolidated Shopping Product Site from the head of the Korean University of Victims, which is different from the contents of the order, and omitted 360 unit of Consolidated Tracket parts.

around August 14, 2009, the Defendant supplied 2nd floor beds 45 units at D University located in Yong-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Si, Chungcheongnam-do and omitted from the said victim.
