A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 2018, the Defendant, as a owner of B gallon, kept the front number plate of the said car in the light-sea viewing from the light-sea viewing to the unpaid automobile tax on the said car.

1. On January 3, 2019, at around 10:00, the Defendant illegally used air defense (hereinafter “D”) attached the Defendant’s “D” registration number plate, which was discarded in a garbage tank, to be exercised by the Defendant’s gallon, to the front number plate of the car.

Accordingly, the Defendant used the above registration number plate, which is the mark of public office, unlawfully for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant was running the said car at the above location around January 25, 2019 and January 27, 2019, where the said “D” registration number plate was attached to the front page of the said gallon driver car, and the said gallon car was operated by the Defendant at the above location, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised the registration number plate of “D”, which is the symbol of the public office illegally used, over three times in total.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated an automobile with a gallon that was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same date and at the same place as in paragraph (1); and (b) operated the said automobile at the same place as, January 25, 2019 and January 27, 2019, which was not covered by mandatory insurance.
