A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a Bhuman car.

Therefore, F, around 01:10 on July 27, 2019, made a false statement to the effect that F, at the Ansananan Police Station G, visited to the effect that he/she caused an accident while driving, and that F, to the extent that F, a slope affiliated with the said investigator, “in the course of performing an accident while driving at home, he/she caused an accident.”
