A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. The special injury Defendant: (a) was sicker part of the CK3 car driving on the front side of the Daegu Jung-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul-gu, on September 30, 2015; and (b) was sick on the left side of the victim E ( South, 32 years old); and (c) the victim was sick on the left side of the victim E ( South, 32 years old); and (d) the victim was sick.
