A. The Defendants remove the buildings listed in the attached list No. 2 and the land indicated in paragraph 1 of the same list.

Removal of a building, delivery of land, and claim for restitution of unjust enrichment on the ground that the Defendants jointly own the building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 on the land listed in the annexed Table No. 1 owned by the Plaintiff and occupied the above land, thereby hindering the Plaintiff from exercising the Plaintiff’s ownership and gaining profits

2. Judgment on deemed confessions of applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 150 (3) and 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act);
