Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) or (2) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.

around 14:29 on July 9, 2020, the Defendant driven D1 ton cargo vehicles from the front side of the road located in the Jeonnam Sea E in the Jeonnam-gun of the Republic of Korea to the G History, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.163% with no driver's license, at approximately 700 meters from the front side of the road in the Jeonnam Sea-gun of the Republic of Korea.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) or (2) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice, and simultaneously drives a motor vehicle without the driver's license.
