Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On April 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:18, at the E-mail point operated by the victim D (Inn, 46 years of age) located in Seojin-gu, Seoul; (b) destroyed the door-to-face studed glass with a locker purchased to be used in committing a crime by using any cresh in the surrounding area; and (c) intruded into the above Seodaemun-gu store with a cash of KRW 120,000,000 owned by the victim who was in cash custody from February 11, 2014 to April 10, 2014; and (d) habitually stolen the victims’ property amounting to KRW 35,091,000 total market price over a total of 68 occasions, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
