Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2017, the Defendant, at around 08:50, driven D City 100 Oralb in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.178%, without obtaining a motor device license from the front of the distance to the front of the road of the same Gu from about 2km to the road of the same Gu.

The sentence is imposed as ordered in the above circumstances.
