A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special larceny;

A. On July 30, 2012, at around 06:17, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, extracted the Rose of Sharon train toward the suncheon from the new coal station, and gathered to raise room and board by stealing another person’s goods in the said train.

D at 07:30 on the same day, D, E steals steals the cash of 40,00 won owned by the victim, i, i, i, ii bank BC card No. 2, 1, i, i, i, i, brec card No. 1, and 1, and one driver's license, and the Defendant and C received them.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, stolen the victim's property in collusion with D and E.

B. At around 07:30 on July 30, 2012, the Defendant, using the stolen corporate bank BC card, paid KRW 6,200 by means of contact with the above corporate bank BC card on the part of the victim c, D, and E, which was managed by the tourism development of the victim c, c, and installed there, and carried two beverages and one fruit from the self-reader.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen two drinking water and one fruit against the victim's will, together with C, D, and E.

2. On July 30, 2012, at around 08:00, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, had the victim’s financial convenience store in the operation of the victim H in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, with the intent to use the said corporate bank BC card, and the Defendant, D, and E reported the network outside of the Defendant, D, and C, entering the above convenience store, by suggesting the victim as if the said corporate bank BC card was the Defendant’s card was the Defendant’s card, and was issued by the victim, namely, at the 54,000 tobacco amounting to KRW 54,00 at the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant received the property of the victim by deceiving the victim in collusion with C, D, and E.
