Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was subject to a disposition of suspension of driver's license from March 29, 2016 to July 6, 2016 by the head of the Seoul Heavy Police Station.

On April 30, 2016, from around 16:20 to 16:35, the Defendant driven a B-A-D motor vehicle from about 3 km-ro 30, Seoul, Nowon-gu, Seoul, to the front day of the employment office located in approximately 7km-ro 9, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for the period during which the driver’s license’s license was suspended.
