1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The plaintiff A is the defendant's words, and the plaintiffs are the married couple.
B. Around September 2015, the Defendant filed a complaint against the Plaintiff A with the following content. A prosecutor of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office issued a disposition to the effect that he/she was guilty on December 7, 2015.
1) On February 20, 2014, Plaintiff A arranged for a loan to the Defendant of D, and caused D to borrow the name of “E” at the Defendant’s restaurant (hereinafter “E”) under the condition that it would transfer the name of the Defendant’s restaurant (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) to the Plaintiff, and provided the Defendant with a belief and response to the transfer of the name, thereby taking property benefits, such as the restaurant operating right, from the Defendant. 2) The Plaintiff: (a) around the beginning of May 24, 2014 to July 25, 2014; (b) allowed F to place the Defendant under confinement from the “Hel” to the “Hel”; and (c) from the end of July 26, 2014 to the end of July 27, 2014 to the end of July 20, 2014 to the end of July 24, 2014 to the end of July 27, 2014 to the end of July 20, 2014.
3) On July 25, 2014, Plaintiff A instigated F to force the Defendant to voluntarily cut his head. 4) Plaintiff A instigated F to assault the Defendant at “Gel” around early May 2014.
C. Plaintiff B was investigated into criminal facts by Defendant B’s father and the victim I, who was a child, around July 2014, under the Sung-nam District Prosecutors’ Office in 2016, which stated that “Around July 2014, Plaintiff B was affiliated with the Defendant’s father and the victim I, who was the child, and only the victim’s sexual organ.” The prosecutor of the above branch office, who was affiliated with the above branch office, was subject to a disposition of unsuspected on June 17, 2016.
Plaintiff
A filed a false complaint against the defendant against the defendant for the purpose of having the plaintiff A be subject to criminal punishment, and the prosecutor who belongs to the Sungwon District Court's Sungnam Branch Office shall be subject to criminal punishment on March 30, 2016.
