Punishment of the crime

On March 30, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 5 million by a fine of KRW 7 million by the Incheon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a summary order of KRW 4 million by the same court on October 7, 2011.
