The Defendant shall start from August 30, 2018, with respect to KRW 9,285,714, KRW 40,235,528 for each of the said money to Plaintiff A and each of the said money.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Relevant party 1) The Defendant is a company that runs the research and development business of motor vehicle parts, and the 4th floor building located in Yeongdeungpo-gu E (hereinafter “instant building”) in Yeongdeungpo-gu, the main purpose of which is education and research facilities (research institutes).

(2) On December 3, 2007, F was found to fall down on the floor below the emergency stairs installed outside the building of this case (hereinafter “emergency stairs”) on August 30, 2018 while serving as the researcher on December 3, 2007, and died as “the second part of the outer part of the building.”

(B) From August 14, 2018 to August 30, 2018, the deceased, through the entrance of the fourth floor of the instant building from around 14:44 to the third floor after smoking tobacco, falling into the first floor. C. The instant building door, and stairs structure 1) The instant building may move to each floor through the stairs inside the building, and the instant emergency stairs are installed outside the building, and each floor is installed with the entrance leading to emergency stairs.

2) The instant emergency stairs are installed with a cover on the upper part in preparation for rain, etc., and stairs and floors are built of a steel structure for the prevention of collapse. 3) The instant emergency stairs are installed for the prevention of fall. While the passage part connected to the entrance and stairs of each floor is installed with a height of 120 cm, the rail installed on the part of the stairs connected to each floor is 4 middle rail with a height of 120 cm, but the rail installed on the part of the stairs connected to each floor is installed with a height of 91 cm.
