A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

1. On May 7, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol at a point of 14.128% alcohol concentration on the Kuyang-do Highway located in the Manyang-si, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, Gwangju, the Defendant driven the said Bochiton car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.128%.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in order to ensure the safety distance with the preceding motor vehicle and accurately operate the steering direction and brake system with the preceding motor vehicle, so that it does not cause any accidents with the front

Nevertheless, as stated in Paragraph 1, the Defendant neglected to drive normally under the influence of alcohol due to his occupational negligence in the course of his duty and caused the injury to the victim E (the 25 years old) who was driving in the front of the Defendant’s driving direction by the occupational negligence, resulting in an injury to the victim E (the 25 years old) who was driving in the front of the Defendant’s driving direction, following the right side of the D Lasta car, which was driven by the victim C (the 25 years old-old-old-age-old-of-age-of-age-of-age-of-age-of-the-counter-age-of-age-of-age-of-age-of-the-counter-age-under the left side of the sch Rexnton car, requiring approximately three-day medical treatment for the victim C.
