1. As to KRW 231,206,576 and KRW 76,00,00 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall pay 20% per annum until September 30, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. Partial dismissal: The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is reduced to 15% per annum, and the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended, and part of the claim for delay damages is dismissed as it enters into force from October 1, 2015.
