A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the Mepter (one philopon; hereinafter referred to as the “Melopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

A. On October 20, 2017, around 23:30 on October 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed approximately 0.03 gramopon in a disposable injection machine; and (b) injected it into his own arms blood transfusion after inserting it into a disposable injection machine; and (c) injected it with water.

B. On October 22, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of phiphonephones at the insular guest room near the G bathing beach located in B, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, in the same manner as that of the preceding paragraph.

2. On October 22, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the "Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes"), the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "FF") and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "AF") and the Defendant has driven the above EF5 vehicle in a state that it is unlikely to normally drive the vehicle as a consequence of the influence of drugs by administering the vehicle, such as the "1-B", and continues to drive the vehicle at the right-hand side of the victim's vehicle at the right-hand side of the 5-lane in the direction of Busan at the speed of about 60 km in the direction of Seoul, while driving the vehicle at the speed of about 5 km in the right-hand side of the victim's vehicle at the right-hand side of the above 4-lane passenger vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "4-lane passenger vehicle"), while driving the vehicle at the right-hand side of the victim's vehicle at the right-hand side of the 6-hand side.
