A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a leisure car B.

1. On March 25, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.157% by blood alcohol, the Defendant driven the said car and proceeded with a three-lane three-lane road in front of the Gangnam-gu Nowon-gu Nowon-gu, Daegu, which is located in 216, from the Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul, about 40 to 50km at a speed, depending on two-lanes from the Nowon-gu.

A violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) was driven by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol 0.157 percent in a section of approximately 1.86km from the front of the parking lot for selling public oil in Daegu-gu, Nowon-gu, 252-3 to the front road of the Gangnam-gu, Daegu-gu, Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul-gu, Nowon-gu, to the road located in the 216-gu Nowonwon-gu, Gangnam-gu, Daegu-gu.
