A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. On July 21, 2017, from around 02:00 to 03:00, the victim C opened and intruded with the first floor door door opened at the Changwon University Women's Dormitory 3 dong, Changwon, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, 1001-2, and thereafter, the victim C opened and intrudes the first floor door at the top of the first floor, with three panty lines equivalent to the aggregate market value of 40,000 won, which was opened by the victim C on the corridor building stand;

On November 5, 2017, around 02:50, around the said Changwon University: (a) 3 dong of the Changwon Women’s Dormitory; (b) her uniforms of women; (c) opened a corrected first floor door, she opened and intrudes into the corrected first floor door; and (d) attempted to steals female clothes; (b) but (c) the emergency bell was hidden in the third floor toilet; (d) was her attempted with the wind attached by an employee of the guard company.
