1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff’s patent invention 1) invention title: C2 filing date/registration date//patent number: D/E/F3) Claims [claim 1, 4, 7, and 9] deleted [ Claim 2] / 8] deleted [ Claim 5] Air inflows operated by power, the inhalers in which the external air is inhaled by the inhalement power of the air inflows, the guidance to inform the air inflows of the said inhales, the guidance to inform the external air being inhaled by the said inhalers, and the internal water purification system is shocked, and the total external air being inhaled through the above inhales are in contact with the said air inflows, and at least part of the sections of the water (hereinafter “1 element”).
