Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch, and on May 7, 2009, to a fine of KRW 10 million due to the same crime, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court.

On August 27, 2012, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 500 meters from the front day of Pyeongtaek-si located in Pyeongtaek-si to the front day of the Korean Industrial Complex located in the same Si-dong, in a state of alcohol of about 0.057% of blood alcohol concentration.
