Punishment of the crime

From April 24, 2011, the Defendant served as a business employee in charge of gold collection, etc. in the “C”, a package printing company operated by the victim B.

On June 15, 2011, the Defendant collected 80,000 won of cashier’s checks (one million won, 20,000 won, 60,000 won) as the price for goods from the “E”, which is the customer of the victim in Kimpo-si D, Kimpo-si, and used the said cashier’s checks for the purpose of living expenses, such as repayment of bonds, while keeping them for business purposes.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the victim's property in his occupational custody.
