Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while divorced with her husband around 2010, was on the duty of KRW 100 million from around 205 to around 201, borrowed money from around around around 201 to around 100 to around 200, for the purpose of maintaining insurance performance while serving as a university enrollment fee and as an insurance designer, and for the purpose of maintaining insurance performance, borrowed money as high as interest from around 200 to around 200, and on May 201, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay money even after borrowing additional money.

Nevertheless, around July 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) lent the victim’s “10 million won to the victim’s singing room in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul); (b) extended the interest on the second part of the month to the third party; and (c) received immediately delivery of KRW 10 million from the victim to the account in the name of the Defendant.
