1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of eight million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives Bone Star Car Quantities.

On November 18, 2010, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 10 meters in the D parking lot located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.037% of alcohol level around October 28, 2019, while under the influence of alcohol leveling around 21:35, the Defendant was under the influence of a fine of KRW 1.5 million for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.
