Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2013, at around 01:01, the Defendant driven a 200-meter B SP car from the road in front of the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the 207 New Expressway (Seoul to the Incheon direction) in front of the New ICT of the Highway (Seoul to the 207 Incheon direction), while under the influence of alcohol by 0.163% of blood alcohol concentration.
