The judgment of the court of first instance.

The reasoning of the judgment of this court is as follows: Gap evidence submitted in addition by this court which is insufficient to admit the plaintiff's assertion, and Gap evidence Nos. 38 through 70 (including numbers), and the fact-finding on the international Lota D District of this court's fact-finding results are the reasons of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of witness S's testimony by this court, and thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the text of Article 420

Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
