Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant imported chemical substances (MSM) in China and sold them as feed and fertilizer through the Internet homepage (C) at the place of residence located in Daegu Northern-gu B, 704 Dong 905.

No one shall sell foods, etc., the import of which is prohibited or foods, etc. imported without filing an import declaration, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods for sale.

Nevertheless, around May 3, 2011, the Defendant imported IM 1 ton from China for the purpose of commercial fertilizer in the E office located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, from June 19, 2012 to April 17, 2014, received telephone orders from the above Internet homepage, and sold 20,000 to 16 consumers, including F, a total amount of KRW 2,085,00,000 at the market price of 78km, as shown in the attached Table I.
