1. 2. Determination:

A. 1) The victim asserts that, from around 08:00 on December 11, 2015 to around 08:20, the victim committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to cover his/her shoulder and chest with both arms. However, the defendant asserts to the effect that, while the victim was suffering from the brupted original hair, the victim reported that the victim suffered the brupter and the brupter, and that the victim was "I will not die if the brupter entered this brupter," and that he/she was only the victim's arms by hand.
