Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 700,000 won for the violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on July 31, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won by the Gwangju District Court on July 31, 2008.

On August 18, 2013, at around 01:08, the Defendant driven a Category B XG car with a blood alcohol content of 0.126%, and proceeded about about 30 meters at the entrance of the backway of the same MBC broadcasting company in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Busan.
