1. The part of the plaintiffs' claim for confirmation of ownership among the lawsuit of this case is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiffs are descendants of H, and the defendant is a clan comprised of descendants of I for the purpose of protecting graves and conducting religious services. H and the plaintiffs are the defendant's clan members.

B. C. 1) With respect to each of the original lands of this case, the registration of transfer of H, S, T, U,V, and W was completed on April 27, 1918 on the ground that H, S, T, U, V, and W purchased each of the original lands of this case from X on March 27, 1918 (seven years in 7 years in 1918) as to each of the original lands of this case, the registration of transfer of shares was completed on March 4, 1919 (eight years in 8 years in 19762), as to the shares of this case on March 4, 1919, as to the shares of this case, the registration of transfer of shares was completed in the future on the shares of 1/6th of W due to inheritance on March 4, 1919, as to the shares of this case was received on March 14, 1938 as the inheritance of No. 1374, May 26, 19314.
