B is the birth of Defendant A, the representative of the security equipment network camera and information and communications equipment production and sales chain E.

1. On March 21, 2011, the Defendants’ co-principal Defendant A, at the Defendant’s office located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the sum of the goods unpaid by G, to lend KRW 173.8 million to G or deposit the amount equivalent to the above amount in lieu of G, with a loan certificate of KRW 173.8 million per month from the Defendant’s office located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to purchase the security terminal claim (S4) and KRW 500 each of the credit cards (CR) from the above E, and the Defendant A received the principal repayment from G under the pretext of interest of KRW 1738,800,000 per month from the above E.

A in accordance with the above agreement, although he did not lend KRW 158.4 million equivalent to the above advance payment to G or paid the same amount in lieu of the above advance payment to E, A created a false tax invoice and ordered Defendant B to deliver it to the victim as if he paid the amount equivalent to the above advance payment in lieu of E. The Defendant B did not receive the amount equivalent to the above advance payment from the above A on April 21, 2011, but issued a false tax invoice and delivered it to the victim as if the above amount was deposited on March 30, 2011.

As such, the Defendants, by deceiving the victim, obtained the amount of KRW 5,214,00 from the victim to the account under the name of the Defendant A on April 23, 201, under the pretext of interest based on the above loan certificate, and acquired the amount of KRW 1,738,00 on May 23, 201, and KRW 5,214,00 on July 1, 201.
