Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol in front of the bus stops at the entrance of the YY-gu, Gyeonggi-si; (b) was sent back to the emergency room of the C Hospital located in the Y-gu, Gyeonggi-si; and (c) was sent back to the head after receiving a report on 119, and was sent back to the head.

1. No person who violates Emergency Medical Services Act shall interfere with the rescue, transfer, first-aid or medical treatment of an emergency patient by emergency medical personnel by means of violence, intimidation, deceptive scheme, threat of force or other means;

Nevertheless, from around 22:10 on December 28, 2019 to 22:25 on the same day, the Defendant expressed in the emergency room of the above hospital that “the victim D (the victim), who is the doctor of the above hospital, shall not be subject to inspection under the influence of alcohol to try to treat the Defendant,” and that “I shall be able to do so. I shall see that I have to do so. I have to do so. I shall have to have to have to have to have to have to have the police.” The Defendant interfered with emergency measures and medical treatment of emergency medical personnel in a manner that considers the victim’s face left part at one time by drinking.”

2. Around December 28, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (33 years of age) on the floor of hand, who was the principal director and staff of the above hospital, at the location described in the foregoing paragraph 1. on December 28, 2019, asked the victim E (33 years of age) to refrain from committing the Defendant’s act, going out of the emergency room, and “I am out of the emergency room.?” The Defendant assaulted the victim’s face at two times.
