Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2011, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the credit branch of Suwon District Court on July 2, 201.

Nevertheless, at around August 5, 2019, the Defendant driven a C low-priced car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.102% at the section of approximately 300 meters from the Jeju Tri-dong, Ancheon-si, Acheon-si to the front road of the Gyeonggi-si. B.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

However, the distance of drinking driving is relatively short, and the drinking driving power is about 8 years before it is about 8 years.

The sentence shall be determined as per the order, taking into account such circumstances, the defendant's age, character, environment, and circumstances after the crime.
