Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B-si.

On August 13, 2015, around 20:25, the Defendant continued two-lanes of the D entrance map at Seopo-si C, Seopopo-si, Seopo-si, along the two-lanes of the said road from the middle direction, and came to the right to the left at the right from the intersection.

Since there is a signal apparatus installed, there was a duty of care to prevent the occurrence of an accident in the course of driving service as a person engaged in driving service.
