Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 15:10 on February 15, 2018, in the “D” operated by the Defendant of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and the third floor, the Defendant: (b) reported the Defendant’s son E (V, 23 years old); and (c) requested the Defendant to have the Defendant her only her to fling and hering down the matters of objection to the daily treatment by her employees of the said D, but the Defendant continued to do so.
