Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, who violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, committed a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, at the Local Administrative Training Institute, which is an agency affiliated with the administrative autonomy around 2002, retired from office D. From March 201 to March 201, Defendant A, with the approval of “new product certification”, was engaged in business activities without being registered as a regular employee of the said Institute, and Defendant B, from August 191 to January 1, 2016, had the authority of the Korea Testing Institute for Electronic Machinery (KTC) for each of the 2nd anniversary of the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s establishment of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, for each of the 2nd anniversary of the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s establishment of the Ministry of Finance and Economy, and for each of the 3th anniversary of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy’s establishment of new products, for the purpose of efficient industrial inspection and supervision of the Ministry of Finance and Economy’s industrial sector.
